Look what our missions have been up to! Our partnership with Love In the Name of Christ is very successful. We held a special breakfast in December for clients of Love INC. Kids' Hope has been working with the children of South Elementary all year. Our mentors have been having a wonderful time getting to know these very special children. |
Special Collections Earthquake relief for Haiti. Read more HERE. We are also collecting For UCOM. There is a box in the Welcome Center designated for this purpose. We collect a different type of item each month. |
Hand 2 Hand is a ministry we are assisting in partnership with other area churches. The goal of this mission is to provide food for children qualified to receive free and reduced lunches at school. The home page has a list of items we need! 1 in 4 households with children in Michigan lacked enough money to buy food that the family needed in 2009. (Food Research and Action Center “Food Hardship” study, January 2010) |
Early childhood music classes for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers are coming to HCUCC, courtesy of Ali Bendert.
